He has worked with founders, investors, and leadership across sectors including tech, health, and sustainable ventures. In his role at R8 Holdings, Jonathan leads all legal oversight — from contract drafting and negotiation to regulatory compliance and strategic counsel. He ensures our legal frameworks support scalable growth while mitigating risk.
